Job Description
Mangalam Placement Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Gujarat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our industrial sales business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in industrial areas, conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, propose suitable corrosion management solutions, collaborate with technical teams to design and present proposals, and provide detailed product and service information to clients.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the management team, gather client feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial or coatings sector
- Certification in corrosion management NACE or SSPC (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of Protective Coatings and Corrosion Management: Experience with different coatings, paints, and corrosion-resistant materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel to industrial areas for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month based on qualifications and experience.
