Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create high-quality product documentation within the networking, telecom, and contact center domains.

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in technical writing within these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate product documentation for various technologies and platforms.
  2. Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation that meet client requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the specified domains.
  • Knowledge of DITA/Oxygen tools and a computer science background.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to work independently.
