Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Specialist at A.V. Thomas and Company Limited, located in Kochi. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining clinical and technical documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing accurate and clear documentation, ensuring that all documents are complete and compliant with industry standards, and collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information. The role also involves reviewing and updating documentation to reflect changes in protocols, maintaining document databases, and providing analytical support to improve documentation processes.

  • Clinical Documentation and Documentation skills
  • Technical Documentation and Technical Writing skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or technical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
