Job Title: Senior Governance Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Senior Governance Specialist, you will lead risk-based internal audits across operational, financial, and compliance areas. You will strengthen governance by documenting current controls, designing/implementing new ones, and establishing monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver annual risk-based audit plans
  • Design and test controls, issue clear and prioritized reports with action plans
  • Lead audit teams, coach reviewers, and manage senior stakeholders

Qualifications/Experience:
  • CA with 9+ years of post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms with hands-on internal audit experience and leadership

Requirements:
  • Delhi-based or relocating; willing to travel

Priorities:
  • Prefer mid-tier consulting/CA firm experience with robust IA exposure
  • Not considering Big 4, Genpact, or industry-heavy profiles

Outcomes:
  • Finalize risk-based plan and align scope/timelines with stakeholders
  • Establish controls documentation/testing cadence and deliver first reports with agreed actions
  • Launch lightweight monitoring dashboard, show remediation progress, and contribute 1 qualified BD lead
