Job Title: Identity and Access Data Specialist

About the role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join our team as a Data Specialist.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations for Identity and Access Management – Data Services, ensuring native user data is aggregated to Onecert following established processes without deviations.
  • You will also be responsible for performing monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure user data is refreshed to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover and User Access Review.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Conduct regular reports and follow defined escalation processes to source user lists.
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders to source user lists and Security Access Matrix (SAM) documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists and work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks related to IAM processes and The Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong teamwork, and communication to the team.
  • Undertake periodic reviews and exercises to ensure compliance with current procedures and processes, and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Takes personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics across Standard Chartered Bank, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Led the IAM Data Services team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients, Effective Financial Markets, Financial Crime Compliance, and The Right Environment.
