Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Access Control Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing policies that safeguard sensitive business and customer data across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and configure authorization policies to enforce fine-grained data access controls.
  • Integrate access control solutions with CRM platforms, cloud data warehouses, APIs, reporting tools, and AI/ML models.
  • Support the rollout of region- and country-specific access rules, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Ensure data access governance supports privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Work in Agile delivery environments using tools such as JIRA (Cloud for execution, Align for planning).
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience with authorization platforms.
  • Strong background in data governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and cloud data platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
