Financial Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements, and provide insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
  • Handle e-commerce and B2B chargebacks, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct financial analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations for cost savings and process enhancements
  • Utilize NetSuite to manage financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with NetSuite, or similar accounting software
  • Knowledge of finance principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision
