Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and supporting reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and challenging projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support monthly business performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key financial metrics.
- Enhance global divisional reporting using Power BI, driving business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Support divisional budget & forecasting process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Provide financial support for commercial transparency, focusing on profitability and credit limits.
- Support financial analysis around investments and M&A, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Enhance global divisional transparency around CAT4 and projects, ensuring seamless communication.
- Support approval requests between regional Controlling teams and Corporate, facilitating efficient decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis & situation-specific reports, delivering high-quality insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Hold a BS or MSc in Economics (with a focus on Controlling), Information Management, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Possess >5 years of proven professional experience in FP&A or corporate controlling.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Show skillful querying, report writing, and presentation of results.
- Demonstrate high IT affinity and ability to gather, organize, analyze, interpretate, and disseminate large amounts of information.
- Exhibit very good communication skills and assertiveness.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership, pro-activity, and drive.
