Job Title: Power Platform Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform specialist to lead the governance and lifecycle management of our Microsoft 365 platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online, with a strong focus on governance and compliance. You will play a crucial role in building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.
  • Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
