Enterprise Messaging Platform Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the administration and optimization of our enterprise messaging platforms.

This role involves managing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will oversee tool transitions, enforce policies, and coordinate with vendors and internal IT for seamless delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure Gmail/Outlook settings, directories, and security policies.
  • Manage Staffbase workflows, governance, and integrations.
  • Oversee SendGrid/Twilio-based communication systems.
  • Evaluate compliance, audit readiness, and documentation.
  • Develop SOPs, escalation matrices, and runbooks.
  • Lead incident resolution and RCA documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years administering Google Workspace & M365.
  • Strong expertise in security, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and MDM controls.
  • Familiarity with Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid APIs.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, ITGC).
  • Excellent documentation and vendor management skills.
