Job Title: Senior Power Apps / Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote in India

This is a long-term contract position.

The ideal candidate will oversee the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing business processes and building scalable automated solutions across the enterprise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Migrate InfoPath forms to Power Apps efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and manage shifting priorities.
