Senior ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior ServiceNow Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow testing and implementation, with a strong understanding of Workday HR systems.

This position requires the ability to design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests. Additionally, experience with end-to-end testing, workflow automation, performance testing, and regression testing is essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that meet business needs.

The role also involves maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results. A strong focus on quality assurance and attention to detail are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for ServiceNow and Workday integrations
  • Perform end-to-end testing of employee processes across multiple systems
  • Implement workflow automation and performance testing strategies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and implementation
  • Proven experience with Workday HR systems and APIs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
