Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Senior Quality Assurance (QA) specialist to join our team.
About the Role:The QA specialist will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality by designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans.
Responsibilities:- Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute thorough test cases to verify product functionality and performance.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clear communication and understanding of defect priorities.
- Manual & Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage. Prior experience in automation testing is highly preferred.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Test Documentation: Maintain and update test cases, test plans, and other testing documentation in accordance with project updates and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the testing lifecycle.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Technical Skills: Experience with testing tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks. Strong SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for effective defect reporting and team collaboration.
