Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our projects.
Responsibilities:- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer needs are met and exceed expectations through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management Tools: Experience with configuration management tools, bug tracking systems, and key quality tools such as Minitab.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
