
Strategic Relationship Manager

As a Brand Specialist, you will be part of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services.
This role involves managing the customer relationships with our vendors, creating and analyzing marketing activities/campaigns to grow their traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.
You will also look into operational aspects of vendor's business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting business.
The success of your vendors will be measured by their performance on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners.
- Partner with the Retail Category Team and build successful communication channels at all levels.
- Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
- Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience.
- Conduct regular WBRs and MBRs with the vendors, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms.
