Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth through effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues.
  • Business Development & Sales: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Requirements
  • Experience & Knowledge:
  • Professional experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail banking.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
