Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and growth through strategic partnerships with banks, fintech, and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage existing partner relationships to ensure smooth business functioning across partners.
  • Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities across product categories and develop sales pipelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and facilitate seamless onboarding of new partners.
  • Develop and manage brand positioning strategies for NBBL and ensure timely communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in enterprise sales, channel management, or relationship management.
  • Background in FX retail is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and CXO engagement capabilities.
  • Financial products and technology knowledge.
  • Ability to build relationships with external, internal, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and data-driven decision making.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and persistent approach.
  • Qualification: MBA/PG.
