**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.

You will work closely with our client teams to analyze user behavior, track key performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). Your expertise in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling will enable us to uncover new opportunities and improve existing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of mobile app growth metrics, including customer lifetime value (LTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and retention rates. You should also be proficient in SQL and have experience working with attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role. A master's degree or additional certifications in a related field is a plus.

About This Role

  • We are looking for a skilled Growth Strategist to drive business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Responsibilities include developing complex SQL queries, building attribution models, and collaborating with data engineers.
  • You will also design and execute A/B testing frameworks, create interactive dashboards, and develop predictive models to forecast user behavior.
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role is required.
  • A master's degree or additional certifications in a related field is a plus.
  • Preferred skills include proficiency in Python or R, experience with machine learning techniques, and knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development.
