
Strategic Business Manager

As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various business functions to drive growth and efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead teams, manage projects, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve disputes between individuals or groups in a fair and timely manner.
- Delegation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members while maintaining accountability.
- Process Improvement: Drive improvements through data insights and automation to enhance business processes.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize business processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and promote effective communication.
- Workforce Management Coordination: Coordinate attendance, leave, and staffing requirements to ensure seamless operations.
- Coaching/Mentoring: Guide and support team members to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
- Team Engagement: Organize team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Break down complex problems and identify potential solutions.
- Performance Metrics & Interpretation: Analyze data and communicate findings effectively to inform strategic decisions.
- Effective Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications to engage stakeholders.
- Effective Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to share knowledge and ideas.
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience in BPO operations team handling, customer service, and people management.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Graduate degree required.
