Customer Service Lead Job Summary

DownDog India is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to manage the admin work required for greeting clients, on-site and web registration, inventory management, software management, and club management in terms of cleanliness, kitchen, and stocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the administrative tasks for customer service, including registration, inventory, and software management.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, kitchen, and stock management of the club are up to global best practices standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethics and self-driven attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and possess a presentable demeanor.
  • Good command over Hindi and English languages, with additional languages such as Korean, Italian, or Japanese being a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to non-traditional working hours.
