Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our team at DownDog India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admin work required for greeting clients, on-site and Web registration, inventory management, software management, and club management in terms of cleanliness, kitchen, and stocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Coordinate with the senior management team to ensure seamless club operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory, software, and club management.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethics and a self-driven attitude.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Overseas work and travel experience a plus.

Working Hours:
