**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Database Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SQL Server databases.

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA is required. You will possess a solid understanding of SQL Server architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent.
  • You will have practical experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as experience working with CDC for real-time data sync and basic knowledge on Always On Availability Groups.
  • Your proficiency in performance/query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs is essential, along with strong knowledge of backup/restore strategies, recovery models, and DB maintenance on production support.
  • You will also be experienced in version control systems like GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • In addition, you will bring analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends, as required).

The ideal candidate will be passionate about database administration, possess a keen eye for detail, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
