Job Overview

As a Senior Business Growth Strategist at Fudd, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and working with our team to craft proposals that showcase our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand our services.
  • Analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Developing and delivering customized pitches and presentations that align with client needs and demonstrate Fudd's unique value proposition.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction, and exploring upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the creative and account teams to shape proposals that meet client objectives and showcase Fudd's creative potential.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative principles.
  • Proven ability to close deals, meet targets, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for the creative industry.
