Global Sales Director

We are partnering with a leading Indian conglomerate in the packaging industry to identify a business leader for their growing exports vertical.

The position will be based out of Gurgaon/Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of export initiatives, focusing on market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in target regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Juice and Dairy industries, leveraging industry expertise and market insights to drive sales.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to accelerate growth and market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing exports team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in exports management, preferably in the aseptic cartons industry or allied sectors such as packaging machinery, PET bottles, or flexible packaging.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling up exports sales and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong network and access to customers in the Juice and Dairy industries across APAC and MEA regions.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on results and innovation.
