Business Banking Relationship Manager
The role of a Business Banking Relationship Manager is to establish and maintain strong relationships with business banking customers. This involves providing financial solutions that meet their specific needs, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Main Responsibilities:- Credit Assessment: Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine the suitability of business banking customers for our financial products.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers for business banking.
- Portfolio Management: Effectively manage customer portfolios through continuous monitoring and evaluation of accounts, renewals, enhancements, retention, and portfolio hygiene.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience and a strong educational background. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
