We are seeking an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant with 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules. The role is remote-first but requires the flexibility to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East during project phases. Only candidates holding a valid Indian passport will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is a plus.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Prepare functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
- Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
- Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
- Must be an Immediate Joiner.
- Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
