Key IT Talent Acquisition Role

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Expert Sourcing & Acquisition:
    • Utilize various sourcing channels to find, engage, and assess qualified candidates for IT positions.
    • Develop recruitment strategies using market insights.
    • Source candidates as per client requirement and strategies.
    • Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure high quality hires.
  • Database Management:
    • Update designated dashboards timely.
    • Maintain 100% compliance to internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and tools.
  • Network Development:
    • Establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels.
    • Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights through networking activities.
  • Personal Growth & Development:
    • Stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in the staffing industry.
    • Invest in self-learning to enhance revenue, productivity, and profitability.
    Essential Skills & Qualifications:
    • 8-15 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS.
