
Senior Data Analytics Hiring Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Data Analytics hiring. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and tools, with a focus on Data Analytics hiring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. They will also develop and implement procedures and policies, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to screen, source, and fulfill hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
• Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
Recruitment Deliverables:
• Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
• Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Process Adherence and Efficiency:
• Ensure process adherence and develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
• Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for Data management, sharing knowledge with the team.
Skills and Competencies
• 12-14 years of overall experience, with 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modeling, etc).
• Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
• Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
Position Hierarchy
