About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires expertise in machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence to build large-scale solutions for improving patient outcomes.

  • Design and develop AI-driven predictive models to identify high-risk patients and provide personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and deploy them at scale.
  • Translate complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows.
  • Work with data platforms and applications teams to integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into their products or workflows.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming, particularly in building enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in classical and new-age NLP techniques, including transformer architectures.
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA techniques.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and techniques, such as RAG and VectorDBs.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: LangChain or Crew.AI.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Experience with ML platforms such as Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
