We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in data analytics, visualization dashboard development, and database management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Lead end-to-end program management for pharma data analytics initiatives\
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure project milestones are achieved\
  • Design and oversee the development of scalable pharma data models and databases\
  • Drive the creation of interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)\
  • Translate business needs into visual, actionable insights across functions: manufacturing & dispatch operations\
  • Ensure data-driven decision making and process improvements\\

Qualifications:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, business, or related field; MBA or master's preferred\
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or BI solutions\
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)\
  • Hands-on experience with databases\\
