Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to support our business intelligence initiatives.

About the Role:

  • This role involves working with diverse stakeholders to identify problem statements that can be addressed through data-driven insights.
  • You will work closely with teams to understand these problems and provide input on improving data collection and validation processes.
  • The primary focus is on extracting relevant data from various sources, performing quality checks, and developing automated scripts for data cleaning and validation.
  • Key responsibilities also include assessing data integrity, identifying ways to enhance it, and providing actionable insights as visualizations to inform decision-making.
  • An additional responsibility is building and maintaining robust data repositories to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • You will brainstorm ideas and develop prototypes of future tools and products that leverage data analytics capabilities.
  • A critical aspect is writing efficient queries to retrieve data from different types of data sources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience involving logical thinking, data analysis, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Proficiency in database management, analytics, and application programming languages like Python and R.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence Analytics platforms is essential.
