Reporting Data Insights Specialist

The Reporting Data Insights Specialist transforms raw data into actionable intelligence that fuels operational efficiency and business strategy.

This role ensures timely, accurate reporting and provides analysis to drive decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
