Business Intelligence Leader

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will focus on portfolio and business analytics to drive growth and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Modelling: Ensure accuracy, validity, and robustness of analytical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring professionals.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
