
Senior Stock Administrator

We are seeking a proactive Stock Administration professional to support our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience with stock administration and be eager to learn and help manage Stock Administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in administrating equity programs.
- Maintains employee stock database.
- Answers employee inquiries and resolves equity program issues.
- Acts as a liaison between employees and brokers.
- Processes stock transactions for global workforce.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for Finance.
- Coordinates stock transactions and employee data with Payroll, HR, Legal, and Tax departments.
- Running and delivering reports for internal partners.
- Liaise with transfer agent as necessary to maintain updated reporting, ensure timely settlement of trades, and assist in execution of trading instructions and other transfer agent activities.
- 1-2 years of stock administration experience.
- Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience; CEP Level 1 or more is preferred.
- Knowledge of stock administration such as taxation, plan administration, accounting, and legal is required.
- Attention to detail.

- Must have excellent Equity Edge; Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite; written and verbal English communication; analytical; organizational; interpersonal; and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently, under pressure and with various levels of management; be a team player, a fast learner, self-motivated, reliable, and well organized; meet deadlines; provide attention to detail; follow procedures accurately; handle confidential data; and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer some experience working remotely.
- Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and general knowledge of global taxation.
- Availability to work within the hours of 7am PST to 7pm PST.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Independent and strategic thinker with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
