**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and deliver day-to-day NetSuite/OpenAir / HRMS support requests
- Work with business users and responding to functional questions and/or inquiries
- Help users get familiar with NetSuite’s functionality as needed
- Advise on how to leverage out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions, as well as when to customize
- Work on configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards
- Assist in reviewing and troubleshooting technical problems
- Work with NetSuite’s and other solutions technical support as needed to resolve problems
- Document the resolution to common issues and update the internal knowledge base
- Troubleshooting scripts, integrations, and workflows.
- Work with internal teams on managing and delivering internal IT projects, including the following:

- Work with users on identifying key improvement areas and documenting requirements
- Plan, estimate and execute the delivery of end-to-end internal solutions
- Configure NetSuite and other solutions to meet the specifications of the project(s) in question
- Coordinate and/or assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the deliverable
- Communicate project status with internal key stakeholders

**Requirements for this role**:

- Bachelor's degree and minimum 6+ years’ experience in an ERP Administrator role, preferably in Oracle environment. Any experience in NetSuite Administration would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering reports in ERP systems NetSuite/OpenAir and other systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional setup for ERP systems
- Experience with NetSuite development including workflows, reports and custom scripts.
- Knowledge of security and permissions in NetSuite and OpenAir. (both financial and CRM).
- Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
- Demonstrated accounting knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with areas covering ERP (GL, Financials, Payables and Receivables), OpenAir, CRM (Life cycle from Lead to Quote to order), Electronic Funds Transactions, and Fixed Asset.
