- As a Senior Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Administrator 2, you’ll play a vital role at _Porch. _We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
- Responsibilities
- This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules_- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, _dashboards_ and reports_- Sandbox environment management_- Identify_ and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience_- Work within Agile Software Development framework to include _2 week_ sprints as well as documenting and updated tickets in JIRA._- Identify_ unused or underutilized platform features_- Help _maintain_ _a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders_- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders_- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed_- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer_- User support tickets_- Monitor and improve user adoption_- New user and ongoing user training_- Technical documentation_- Required:_- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least _5_+ _years’_ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with _[Sales Cloud or your Salesforce product]_- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges_- Certified Salesforce Administrator_
- Desirable:_- Additional Salesforce certifications _e.g._ Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder_- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate_ degree, or professional qualification_
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
