This is a remote position.
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities include developing solutions on Salesforce Clouds, custom platform development, integration, and data migration. Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and project analysis is required.- Support the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Support all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and other routine tasks.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Assists in training new users and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce to provide recommendations that enhance productivity and prepare for upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation for users, processes, approval, and workflow.
- Document system requirements, including validation rules, workflows, automation, record types, security profiles, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in supporting and maintaining Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in managing Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Strong understanding of administrative functions in Salesforce, such as user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
- Ability to coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
- Experience in training new users and growing Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Knowledge of changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce to provide recommendations for enhancement and prepare for upgrades.
