**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira and Copado.
- Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues promptly.
- Manage partial and full Salesforce sandboxes for testing purposes.
- Validate data migration processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and align test cases accordingly.
- Create and maintain UAT test scripts and QA documentation.
- Provide detailed defect reports and test execution summaries to stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce manual testing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Copado).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile teams.
- Expertise in writing test cases, executing them, and reporting results.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5-6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
