Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web-based testing, automation scripting, and integration testing, with exposure to SAP systems being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test scripts.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing involving Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Utilize testing tools such as AccelQ, Worksoft, Valgenesis, and Jira for planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Identify, document, and report defects and test results with detailed analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, including web-based and Salesforce applications.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing and automation.
  • Hands-on experience in AccelQ and Worksoft testing platforms (preferred).
  • Proficiency in manual testing using Valgenesis and Jira.
  • Solid understanding of integration testing and related best practices.
  • Exposure to SAP testing and interfaces is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce or QA-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Tester, ISTQB).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
