**Project** Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- The person should perform the role of a Jira Service Management tool Administrator cum Developer.
- Should be able to manage users and roles in service projects. Setup of portals, queue administration, and reports.
- Work with a cross-functional team to gather requirements and inputs needed to determine clearly defined JIRA workflows and dashboard creations.

**Skills**:
Must have
- Overall should possess between 6 - 8 years of experience in Jira Service Management tool - Administration & Development.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles, such as incident management, problem management, change management, service level management, and ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira Service Management instances, including workflows, request types, automation rules, and integrations.
- Experience with Jira Service Management built-in automation features, REST API, Jira Query Language (JQL), and scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) for customization and automation.
- Experience with other Atlassian products (e.g., Jira Software, Confluence) and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Jira Service Management administration, including user management, permissions, and security configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience in SalesForce Integration.
Working Knowledge of AccelQ Automation tool.
