**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Gathering and Optimization**: Work with business units to gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize and improve JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket configurations.
- **API and Webhook Management**: Have a strong understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks to facilitate integrations and automations.
- **User Support**: Assist and support JIRA and Confluence users, resolving issues and providing guidance as needed.
- **Plugin Management**: Evaluate JIRA and Confluence plugins, determine licensing needs, perform testing, installation, and configuration of plugins to enhance functionality.
- **Workflow Design**: Utilize design skills to define JIRA workflows and related screen schemes for complex and high-impact projects.
- **Custom Gadgets Implementation**: Implement custom XML-based JIRA gadgets to meet specific business needs.
- **Plugin Configuration**: Support and configure JIRA plugins as required, ensuring they meet user requirements and are maintained appropriately.
- **Documentation**: Generate comprehensive documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks and ensure smooth operations.
- **Project Management**: Create and manage JIRA projects, develop custom queries, and generate reports as required by the business.
- **Instance Migration**: Analyze current JIRA configurations and manage migrations to new instances, ensuring mínimal disruption to users.
- **Training and Documentation**: Develop and provide JIRA training and support documentation to empower users and facilitate effective use of the tool.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in JIRA administration, with hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
- Proficiency in JIRA APIs, webhooks, and XML.
- Experience with evaluating, installing, and configuring JIRA and Confluence plugins.
- Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, screen schemes, and custom gadgets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business users and provide training and support.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to generate comprehensive documentation.
- Experience with instance migration and project management within JIRA.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
