About the Role

Mirketa Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Offshore Delivery Operations as a Vice President. This strategic role requires a vision-driven leader to oversee the successful delivery of client projects and Mirketa products from its Offshore Centres in Noida and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all engineering and non-engineering teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of client projects and Mirketa products.
  • Manage a high-performing functional consulting team, capable of running client discovery workshops remotely and in-person with client teams in US and Europe.
  • Oversee a high-performing technical team, comprising Engineers and Test Engineers, delivering well-designed technical solutions in Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Azure, AWS, Mobile Development, eCommerce Platforms, and other related technologies.
  • Manage a team of Program Managers and Project Managers, leading complex, fast-moving projects.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of client projects, working closely with the Offshore PMO team to establish best practices for Delivery and Technical Design.
  • Manage project P&L, create statements of work, amendments, and client contracts, and work with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely project billing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on pre-sales activities, participating in Sales calls as a Salesforce solutioning expert.
  • Develop a team of Salesforce Solution Consultants to lead discovery work and provide input on Organizational Structure.
  • Manage a 200+ people team, ensuring each team member has a career plan and is being groomed to reach their top potential.
  • Lead emerging leader groups, grooming them into leaders who can take broader responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of RFP responses, coach/mentor team members on Planning, Communication, P&L Management, Team Management, and other skills required for project success.
  • Lead client workshops for requirements and process discovery as needed.
  • Lead Operations, HR, and Hiring teams, bringing in best practices on People Management, Engineering Practices, and Project Management Practices.
  • Review and provide guidance for business processes documentation, system requirements, and ongoing development.
  • Participate in reviews and demos with clients to track development progress.
  • Create and review project execution plans, manage development projects, and establish organization-wide metrics.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Experience managing a team of 100+ people in previous roles.
  • Experience working as a senior solution consultant in onshore-offshore projects.
  • Experience grooming junior team members.
  • Extensive experience with Agile project management practices.
  • Experience setting up metrics for a delivery organization.
  • Technical background, preferably with hands-on development experience in early stages of your career.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, executive presence, and ability to read rooms and situations.
  • Experience leading large client meetings to drive discovery sessions for complex projects.
  • Experience documenting client requirements using Business Workflows, ER Diagrams, UML Models, Epics, and Stories.
  • Experience setting up best practices for Development and Testing teams.
  • Experience working on SaaS product implementations, including Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, and other related technologies.
  • Experience managing large enterprise clients (Fortune 1000 companies).
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a small startup environment with limited resources.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
  • Ability to think of solutions and influence people towards solutions.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Consultant certifications.
