Job Title: Sales and Business Development Professional

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Inside Sales and Marketing Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Prospecting
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and email campaigns is a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sales leads through networking and online research.
Customer EngagementYou will work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers is essential in this role.
Sales Strategy ExecutionYou will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, working collaboratively with internal teams and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and PresentationDeveloping a deep understanding of our products and services is crucial in this role. You will present products effectively to clients, highlighting their value propositions and features.
Customer RetentionFocusing on customer retention by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships is vital in this role. You will work to ensure that customers remain satisfied and continue to grow with us.
Collaboration and CommunicationEffective communication with internal teams and partners is critical in this role. You will work to enhance customer satisfaction by collaborating with stakeholders and providing timely updates.
Qualifications and Requirements- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.
