Senior Executive - Customer Relations

As a senior executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our team.

Effective communication is crucial in this role. As a seasoned professional with exceptional written and oral communication skills, you will be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Scheduling: Coordinate with clients to ensure that audit schedules meet their requirements and align with our quality assurance system.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is maintained in our production tools.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics using SAS Portal and Management Information System Portal.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field. A degree in Science or Computer Science is preferred. Additional courses on computer applications are desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong coordination and monitoring skills.
