**Job Summary**
Synchup is seeking an experienced Senior AR/VR Business Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our AR/VR offerings.
**Responsibilities**
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential markets for AR/VR applications, identifying industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, distributors, and end-users, to expand our AR/VR offerings.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales of AR/VR products and solutions by identifying new business opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for AR/VR solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, focusing on expanding the customer base within targeted industries.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our AR/VR solutions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our AR/VR solutions and stay updated on market developments.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
