Shangri-La seeks a strategic leader to drive commercial strategies and optimize revenue streams. As a key member of the hotel's Executive Committee, you will lead the development and execution of effective inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenues and drive market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead the hotel's revenue strategy meeting and participate in commercial business review meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective rate structure, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor hotel performance, identify trends, and coordinate actions to optimize revenue streams.
- Engage with automated Business Intelligence tools to inform data-driven decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Revenue Optimization roles.
- Proven track record of driving commercial strategies with a focus on pricing, distribution, and inventory optimization.
- College degree in business, economics, marketing, or strategy.
