Director of Revenue Optimization

Shangri-La is seeking a seasoned Revenue Optimization Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth in our hotels. As a key member of our Executive Committee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenues and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead the hotel's revenue optimization team and provide guidance on pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute commercial plans
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, asset managers, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue optimization roles
  • Proven track record of driving commercial strategies and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • College degree in business, economics, marketing, or strategy
