Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximize hotel revenues and drive market share.
  • Lead the development and execution of pricing, distribution, and inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue optimization roles.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • College degree in business, economics, marketing, or strategy.
