- Established network of C-suite relationships within the BFSI sector in East Africa is essential.">
- In-depth understanding of Operations & Technology, Health Insurance, Underwriting & Customer Onboarding processes in an insurance-related environment.">
- Technical knowledge of technology products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.">
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.">
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.">
- The ability to be a self-starter and operate independently, as well as willingness to act as an entrepreneur in setting up and growing the insurance business in the region.">
