  • A minimum of 7 years of B2B technology sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.">
  • Established network of C-suite relationships within the BFSI sector in East Africa is essential.">
  • In-depth understanding of Operations & Technology, Health Insurance, Underwriting & Customer Onboarding processes in an insurance-related environment.">
  • Technical knowledge of technology products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.">
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.">
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.">
  • The ability to be a self-starter and operate independently, as well as willingness to act as an entrepreneur in setting up and growing the insurance business in the region.">
