To succeed in this role, candidates must have 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, a proven track record of leadership within multispecialty segments, strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and profit-and-loss ownership, excellent communication and team-building skills, and a graduate degree in science or pharmacy with an MBA preferred.
